Задание финала

Read the following quotes on the American Dream:  

“They call it the 'American Dream' because you have to be asleep to believe it.”
     (George Carlin)

 

“People say the American dream doesn't exist, but that's crap. There's opportunity everywhere and we're just a place for people to have that opportunity. Every year, they find it here.”
   (Barbara Morgan) 

Explain why these two people are not in agreement on what the American dream means. Which point of view do you support? Use various means of persuasion to make your point.
